I guess you would say Penny Goggans is the Matriarch of the Wedding business now flourishing in Palm Springs and Santa Barbara.
She is the originator of Palm Springs Wedding Chapel 1974 and Santa Barbara Weddings DBA and santa barbara weddings.com in 1989. There were only Judges
in Santa Barbara doing weddings at the Courthouse and of course Churches with the Pastor. The County Clerks office made a list of people that do weddings
and there was Penny Goggans and 5 Judges. My my how it has grown.
Penny has designed flowers, photographed and officiated weddings for over 4 decades Since 1965 Penny's only Job was doing Weddings.

her training was very heavy in bridal work and wedding set ups. Successful and Happy working with Brides
in 1965 she opened Your Weddings Exclusive in Los Angeles, The First commercial "Wedding Planner" One Stop Shop (so to speak) wedding business.
In 1974 moved to Palm Springs opened the First Wedding Chapel ever in Palm Springs and A-1 Wedding World and Chapel Florist.
Her services there also included Formal Wear & Catering.
Commercially Penny was the First to issue confidential marriage licenses in Santa Barbara and Riverside County.

                                Vegas Style Entertainment Gaming Casinos of course Golf and Tennis And Swimming Pools. Did I mention Shopping on El Paseo?
                          Very few Towns can claim as much as Palm Springs. (including 120 degree Weather in THE SUMMER TIME)
                          Los Angeles Is My Home Town until 1974. I Loved it so. Much To Do....NOW everyone else found LA and it is to Big for Me now.
